You will need:
- Chunky wool - 200g - 300g depending on the length and width of your scarf. I used 200g and had enough left to make tassels, but it's all down to you.
- 6.5mm knitting needles
- Darning needle
Cast on an odd number of stitches. I used 25, and this made quite a wide scarf - about 7 inches wide.
Row 1: K1 *P1 K1* repeat this.
And there you go! Do this across each row. I think this is called 'moss stitch', but it looks a lot more effective than it sounds :)
This is sooo beautiful! You're so creative!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to follow your blog but there's no "Join This Site" in the sidebar haha
Have a great day though!
